Shipping policy

We offer an expedited 5-9 business days shipping method for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.garbclassics.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically be computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Free shipping orders will be delivered between 5-9 business days. This statement varies from state to state, some state takes longer delivery times and delays. 

Premium is the shipping method available for a customer to choose at checkout. An average 2 items standard order may take 5 to 9 business days. This time estimate may be shortened or extended depending on the delivery company, state, country and other affecting scenarios or factors. Shipping days estimate is calculated taking California as a delivery state. 

Garb Classics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk.

International orders including Canada

Standard International shipping method is used for all the products except from the basics collections. And it may take between 10 - 20 business days.

Items from the Garb Classics collection may take between 6 - 15 business days to ship in Canada.

Garb Classics is not responsible for any custom delays and duty must be paid by the customer. 

International Shipping charges

Flat 9.49 CAD shipping fees will be collected at the checkout for all the items except from the Basics Collection.

Flat 3.49 CAD shipping fees will be collected at the checkout for the Garb Classics Collection only

All the orders are Shipped From the USA except the Garb Classics Basics collection. Basics collection items are sent from Canada. 

All the USA orders shipping is free and covered by Garb Classics.

Garb Classics may outsource the production to different manufacturing and fulfillment partner locations.*

Unexpected Delays
On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur.  Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to Contact us at support@garbclassics.com 


Multiple Shipments for an Order
To expedite deliveries, items from a single order may be shipped separately.  When this happens, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails.  Please note that there will be no additional charges if your order is divided into separate shipments.

Please note: All orders placed on www.garbclassics.com and www.garbclassics.com are shipped from our production and fulfillment Partner's multiple facilities in the USA and Canada for Basics collection only. This is a normal and expected stop while your package is in transit to Canada. Once your order arrives in Canada and is received by the shipping company, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
